This must be processed before boarding and the assigned number must appear on the BL (Bill of Lading).

⚠️ Somalia is a coastal country; The CTN is mandatory for goods arriving at ports such as Mogadishu, Berbera or Kismayo.

Exporter or its authorized agent/freight forwarder.

Information supplied by the exporter and importer in Somalia.

✔️ The responsibility for issuing the Waiver lies with the Shipper.

✔️ It is recommended to issue at source.

🕒 Deadlines

Must be managed before the ship leaves.

It is recommended to validate the Waiver at least 10 days before arrival at the port of destination.
