data-end=\"352\">Mandatory electronic document for <strong data-start=\"308\" data-end=\"349\">all cargo destined for Sierra Leone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1fkucjc\" data-start=\"353\" data-end=\"458\">\n<p data-start=\"355\" data-end=\"458\">Must be obtained <strong data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"392\">before shipment<\/strong> and your <strong data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"457\">ENS\/ACD number must appear on the BL (Bill of Lading).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"460\" data-end=\"463\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"pbaq0n\" data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"498\">\ud83d\udc64 <strong data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"498\">Who should process it?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"760\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1jctjdj\" data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"548\">\n<p data-start=\"501\" data-end=\"548\"><strong data-start=\"501\" data-end=\"515\">Exporter<\/strong> (company that makes the shipment)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"g2lncc\" data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"646\">\n<p data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"646\"><strong data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"584\">Authorized freight forwarder or freight recommended to validate the Waiver <strong data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1340\">at least 5 days before<\/strong> arrival at the port of Freetown.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1384\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"jwqizo\" data-start=\"1386\" data-end=\"1425\">\u2757 <strong data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1425\">Consequences of not processing it<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul
