Lading (B\/L)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"z0mwt0\" data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"556\">\n<p data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"556\">\u26a0\ufe0f The DRC has <strong data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"435\">access to the sea through the Port of Matadi<\/strong> and river transport; The BESC is mandatory for goods arriving <strong data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"555\">by sea or international land<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"561\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"pbaq0n\" data-start=\"563\" data-end=\"596\">\ud83d\udc64 <strong data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"596\">Who should process it?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"809\">\n<li data-section-id=\"uaowmd\" data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"716\">\n<p
