data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2511\">final BL<\/strong> (not a DRAFT) is required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"mqr6ao\" data-start=\"2526\" data-end=\"2633\">\n<p data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2633\">It is recommended to validate the Waiver<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>5 days prior to arrival at the port to avoid fines or surcharges.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"mqr6ao\" data-start=\"2526\" data-end=\"2633\">\n<p data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2633\">\n<\/li>\n<li>The responsibility for issuing the waiver lies with the
