⚠️ Yemen is a coastal country; The ENS / ACD is mandatory for goods arriving through its main ports, such as Hodeidah, Aden or Al Mukalla.

The responsibility of issuing the Waiver falls on the Shipper, so it is recommended to issue at origin.

It is recommended to validate the Waiver at least 10 days before the vessel’s arrival at the destination, to avoid fines or surcharges.
